Australia defeated Pakistan in the second T20 match to win the 3-match series by 2-0. The national team was bowled out for 134 runs in response to the target of 148 runs given by Australia. Usman Khan was the top scorer by playing an innings of 52 runs.
In the second T20 match played in Sydney, Pakistan started their innings in response to Australia’s 147 runs, but the team faltered from the beginning and could not stay long in front of the Australian bowlers.
Pakistan’s first wicket against Australia fell for 12 runs, when Babar Azam returned to the pavilion after scoring just 3 runs. After that, Sahibzada Farhan was able to score 5 runs and thus, on 17 runs, the other players of Pakistan also left the field.
Captain Mohammad Rizwan got out after making 16 and the total score of the national team was 44 runs.
