Peshawar: The leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is engaged in frantic efforts for the success of the final protest on November 24 and is also holding a meeting in this regard, in which the disgruntled MLAs have not yet attended.
According to Express News, the disgruntled members Atif Khan, Shakeel Khan, Junaid Akbar and other 7 members have not participated in the meetings regarding the November 24 protest at the Chief Minister House Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Sources say that Atif Khan is angry with the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for removing Shakeel Khan from the cabinet, while the audio messages of Ali Amin Gandapur and Atif Khan were also leaked in the past days.
Ikram Khatana, in charge of social media team, says that all Tehreek-e-Insaf assembly members and party officials are ready for protest on November 24, all assembly members will participate in protests and rallies with caravans.
On the other hand, PTI leader Atif Khan while talking to the media rejected the possibility of displeasure and said that he must have received a message to attend the meeting but I did not see it, it is not necessary to go to the meeting, it is important to get the workers out for protest
Explaining the reason for non-participation in the meetings, he said that I am in Mardan and we will go to Islamabad in any case, I do not need money, I will bear the expenses of the protest myself.
