RAWALPINDI: Indian security forces continued violations of the ceasefire agreement on Tuesday as unprovoked Indian firing martyred a Pakistani soldier in Battal sector.

According to Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR), unprovoked firing by Indian troops on the Line of Control (LOC) has continued. Indian security forces opened unprovoked firing at Battal sector due to which a soldier of Pakistan Army was martyred. 20-year-old soldier Shams belonged to district of Ghazar of Gilgit-Baltistan. It is pertinent to mention here that Indian security forces opened unprovoked firing in Kotli sector on Monday.
