Look, think and try to learn something provided you faithful Muslims can learn from the infidels.
A 12 x 12 room non decorated, simple furnished room, the table is uncovered, no tissue papers lying there, no juices, no mineral water , no luxurious hospitality on state expenditures, no Royal palace , no pump and show, no army of servants, no cavalry of snickering patricians of ruling coterie showing traditional touch of hospitality to the honorable guests , no lavish posturing ………….this is a snapshot of a meeting between US and Israel Head of governments in Israel as the US President is on his first official visits to Israel.
Now recall your memory. Recall how Trump and his family were received at KSA. Almost everything took the opposite there and here. Two extremes. Two different stories. But just one lesson: not wealth and show of wealth but a state is respected and honored for its character that is reflected in science and technology and economic developments etc.
Why Israel is so powerful today. Perhaps because she is leading in the science and developments while not a single university of Muslim world stands in top ranking. Israel ranks 10th in the Bloomberg Innovation Index and is 2nd in the world in Expenditure on research and development as a percentage of GDP Israel boasts 140 scientists, technicians, and engineers per 10,000 employees, the highest number in the world (in comparison, the same is 85 for the U.S.). Israel has produced six Nobel Prize Winning scientists since 2004 and has been frequently ranked as one of the countries with the highest ratios of scientific papers per capita in the world.
Now where we stand? What is the contribution of Muslim Ummah in the world of Science and Technology? This is the real conundrum provided we are willing to answer it.
