RIYADH: The Council of Saudi Ministers, chaired by King Salman has demanded that Iran should stop supporting and financing armed militias and parties in Arab countries.
The Cabinet stressed the necessity for Iran to refrain from supporting groups that incite sectarian conflicts in Arab Gulf counties.
Minister of Culture and Information Awwad Al-Awwad said after the session that the Cabinet stressed what was issued in the communiqué after the Arab League foreign ministers’ extraordinary meeting in Cairo on Sunday, condemning all terror acts being perpetrated by Iran. It also condemned Iran’s interference in the internal affairs of Arab countries and its feeding of sectarian conflicts.
