ISLAMABAD: Presiding Officer and Assistant Presiding Officer of Dhoke Jilani polling station have said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan had stamped the ballot paper in front of the people because of huge number of media persons surrounded by him amid Election Day on July 25.
In a report submitted to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), the ECP officers said that Imran Khan made efforts to reach the secret cabin in order to stamp the ballet paper but he could not succeed.
Presiding Officer Noor Muhammad Khan said that when Imran Khan entered the room, more than 150 journalists barged into the station, resultantly, polling had been stopped.
He further said that PTI chief has tried to get access the secret room to stamp the ballot paper but he failed in his attempts. NNI
