ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister of Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) Riaz Pirzada on Friday has tendered his resignation after he alleged interference in his ministry. Pirzada also hurled allegations of corruption on prime minister’s (PM) principal secretary and stated that his authority was curtailed. “PM’s principal secretary is interfering in my work and is doing rampant corruption. I am not being allowed to perform official duties as my authority has been cut short”, pronounced disgruntled Pirzada. Pirzada further disclosed that he wanted to meet PM in order to voice his concerns but was not allowed to do so. Pirzada stated that some people were eyeing sports board for their wicked purposes. Earlier on Thusrday, Pirzada had threatened to resign if he would have not been allowed to meet PM.
